Dennis Vivas is an AI product engineer and entrepreneur. Founder of DVZ. He builds governed AI agents —on Claude (Anthropic)— for financial services across Peru, Chile, and the LAC.He has spent nearly a decade building financial technology in Latin America. In the last year, he is building multi-agent orchestration on the Claude Agent SDK, Claude API, and Model Context Protocol. He co-leads the Crypto & DeFi working group at the Asociación Blockchain & DLT Perú (ABPE) and the Open Finance working group in Asociación Fintech Perú.His thesis is governance-first: auditable agents with cited sources and traceability, directed by the same policies that govern a human team.
